GoSucceed was built by two people who had spent their careers helping other people's businesses grow, and decided it was time to build something of their own.

Between them, Gary Salters and Jonny Monroe bring decades of real-world experience across franchising, retail, financial services, luxury brand, and high-performing team leadership. Not theory. Not textbooks. Careers built in the thick of it, delivering results under pressure, turning struggling businesses around, and building teams that actually perform.

That's what GoSucceed is built on.

Gary Salters, Founder and Managing Director

Gary started his career at McDonald's at 16, becoming one of the youngest managers in the UK. He went on to launch Starbucks' first Northern Ireland store, managing multiple locations before moving into financial services as a Co-op Bank Branch Manager and turnaround specialist across the UK. He later spent years as a Regional Manager at Autosmart, supporting franchisees to build, grow and scale their businesses.

Every one of those roles required the same thing: the ability to walk into a business, understand what was holding it back, and put the right foundations in place to move it forward. That ability is at the heart of everything GoSucceed does.

Jonny Monroe, Co-Founder and Director of Strategy

Jonny brings a decade at Burberry and several years at a prestigious Savile Row house, working at the intersection of luxury brand, commercial strategy, and high-performing teams. Their expertise in consumer experience, strategic thinking and design-commercial balance gives GoSucceed a perspective most coaching businesses simply don't have.

Where Gary brings the operational engine, Jonny brings the strategic lens. Together they built a programme that works from the inside out.
